Need help identifying a pony

Hi, everypony!

I have found a sweet yellow earth pony in a local thrift store.
I tried finding information on her, but could not. All I got was a Posy. They have the same color scheme and pose, but the cutie marks are different.

She is light yellow with blue-gray eyes. Her mane and tail seem to be light pink or peachy color. At least whats left of them.

I think I'm gonna customize her. Probably in a Sailor Moon or someone with pink hair like Luka Migurine or Lacus Clyne.
