Since when was Grogar a Necromancer?
« on: July 22, 2016, 06:57:43 AM »
I've seen people spouting off him being an evil, undead Necromancer ram as if it were fact. Yet his magic has nothing to do with it, he neither raises a zombie army, nor does he speak to ghosts. He's a jerkand, tyrant and sorcerer but not a necromancer. His magic is geared more towards capture and conquest.

Seriously? Did they even watched return of tambelon?
I think it might be people trying to defend g1 by exaggerating the badass part of it.Or just people that don't know.

I don't know where the "he's a necromancer" thing is coming from.  There's not really any evidence for or against, aside from him having an appreciation for skull decor.  :P

Ha! You know, I like skull decor, but people don't accuse me of raising the dead, just of buying my home furnishings around Halloween.

I wonder if it has anything to do with Tambelon appearing every 500 years? I agree though there's no evidence for it and it's very clear that the Trogals had been captured by him sometime before and forced to be his servants.

I've seen it on fanarts, fanfics and bring websites. I don't mind if it's someone 's head canon, but some people believe it's fact. Perhaps they should look up the word necromancy.
