QUESTION! Large G3 Fluttershy plush??

A large G3 Fluttershy plush (the huuuuge floppy kind with fluffy hair, not the little ones)---Why is she so hard to find??  Sunny Daze, Rainbow Dash and Sparkleworks show up from time to time, but I have never seen a Fluttershy for sale anywhere, nor can I seem to find any photos of her online?  I KNOW she exists because I did see her once (in someone else's collection that I just missed out on buying), and Wikipedia says she exists, but they don't have a photo either...

...is it just me? Is she super rare or a limited release or am I just looking in all the wrong places? ^__^;;;  Does anyone here own her or have a photo of her?
