I have not been keeping updated here, I'm sorry.I mentioned initially my three goals - Completely stop drinking pop, improve my digestion health, and lose weight.I have fully achieved the first (I don't even want to drink pop anymore.), and over the last couple of weeks my digestion health has really improved. I'm very happy about that. I wonder if my working nights had screwed up my digestion health somehow? Because I'm just drastically better all of the sudden now. =) The third one, I have definitely lost weight. I average 10-15 pounds less than when I started. I think I could do better - I have been indulging myself in a lot of sugar cookies with frosting and sprinkles. It's just sooo delicious. I can't help myself. T.T
I had an interview Tuesday...I do not fill confident, but I do have one on Friday. So here is hoping.I am actually impressed with myself. I have been eating healthy and not grabbing junk food. I crave it and it does drive me crazy but I am some how resisting.I also get more done when it is rainy outside..hahahaha.
