Not going to lie, it would be cool if fluttershy didn't have joints. The joints ruin it for me (and I like the jointed ponies for play, FYI). That packaging is amazing. Oh well. I'll avoiding this thread like the plague.

I guess I'm not very dissapointed that I'm not at SDCC to pick up the exclusive, then.

Saying that, the box is gorgeous. I really, really like that box. But I don't buy things just for the packaging, hah.

The regular Discord has closed eyes and Guardians of Harmony Fluttershy hasn't been shown yet. This has me worried tho that we won't ever get a regular Guardians of Harmony Fluttershy because let's face it she isn't the most action-y pony out there.

I don't mind that fluttershy is jointed, that's not the issue, I just find the whole thing disappointing? Stop rehashing your normal products with small edits and passing them off as exclusives. Give us something new and special and unique.

The packaging is really gorgeous. I just wish there was an equally cool pony inside instead of a slightly-different Discord statue and a Fluttershy action figure. Is it impossible that the Fair exclusive will be different this year?

I like it and the box art is fantastic. But much like the past couple years exclusives I don't  $50 like it. If that makes sense. Maybe after the brony craze dies down completely I can pick it up for a better price.

Why the [REDACTED] is he so big compared to Fluttershy? Discord isn't that big compared to the ponies! That's why I wasn't going to get his regular GoH release... sighs... and yet Discord is a favorite of mine, but weh.

Oh well, $50 for me to keep! ...again.

I agree. People hated on The Mane-iac exclusive from a few years ago, but at least that was something different. Yes, it had molded hair and people seem to hate that, but I think it made for a great collectible! We don't have any other ponies in that pose/mold (that I can think of off the top of my head), the packaging was nice... I know that's all a matter of opinion, but compared to this? I dunno, this just doesn't seem worth $50 to me.

I do hope they release that Fluttershy on her own, though. I know it's a shame for an exclusive not to be exclusive, but still.

Hmmm, well I'll be saving my money then.  But I'm not surprised.  I haven't really liked the past several years exclusives.

Makes me wonder though if the "guardians of harmony" line is going to be the TRU exclusive line.

I agree. I completely forgot about mane-iac (whoops) but even that was better than this or that stupid chicken pinkie pie
