I have something very important I would like to discuss

Namely, the prevalence of orange-flavored fruit snacks in mixed flavor fruit snack pouches.

WTF?

This transcends brand. No matter what variety I buy, there is always at least 75% orange. It's certainly better than grape, but an equal mix of flavors would be ideal.

This is why I try to buy exclusively strawberry-flavored fruit snacks.

I don't hate orange, but it should give other flavors a chance.

Hehe, I get ehat you mean. I remember there was a time where I felt alot of fruit snacks would go overboard on the grape and cherry flavored ones. And as someone that cant stand "straight up" cherry flavored foods, that woild bug me to no end.

Here i Europe, the grape flavour is practically non-existant, where in Japan, it's allover the place....

I think grape is better than orange. I don't like lemon much either because I don't like citrus flavors much in general. Around Easter, I used to buy the Starburst jellybeans and ignore the orange and lemon ones in the bag. So glad they came out with the FaveReds bags.

Fruit snacks? Oh, Ooooh those! We have them here too, albeit we call everything like that 'gummy candies', regardless of shape and contect. To be honest, I never paid attention to their flavor, I just ate them. It's been so long though, ages since I had one, I completely forgot how they taste like.

Red is the superior flavor.  My Sour Patch Kids are predominantly green and yellow, which I find distressing.

In highschool, for candy I always separated out the flavors I liked and gave the flavors I didn't like away. I like to eat orange... but I didn't get a high ratio of it. I only kept cherry/strawberry, orange and grape. T_T; For some reason I never got the flavors I liked in shock tarts... that always made me mad.

But maybe you are just talking about fruit snacks... rather than candies. I always thought there was an over abundance of reds... P: yum.

Yes, I have noticed this too, and it's bad because I'm allergic to anything with red in it -- I usually end up having to give all or most of my candy away!

I always loved orange best as a kid.

Now, I love red or pink.  Flavors of white and green are never very pleasing, and yellow inevitably tastes like lemon pledge to me...

Yeah. The only gummy things I eat are gushers, but often each pack is 95% orange, and the remaining few are blue. Green and red are the best, and they so often get overlooked

This is similar to peanuts in mixed nuts...if you don't want mostly peanuts you have to buy peanut-free mixes.

I've thought this to be true with my One a Day multivitamin gummies, but seeing how they've eliminated my sinus infections, I don't really care what flavors they are, just as long as I can eat them.

I'd prefer all cherry, personally.

LOL Every bag of anything I buy always has a ton of orange, green, and yellow, which I don't really like unless the green is apple and the yellow is banana, but in those cases, I only get a few of them.
