My Little Pony Hogwarts Houses

I'm rather curious to know which house would suit each pony character from the G1 TV series, Specials and Movie. Adult Ponies only please. I've seen many G4 choices for it. But to my knowledge online, no one has done a G1 version yet. I, myself haven't had much luck in guessing what houses they would belong too.

But so far I was thinking Ravenclaw for Wind Whistler and Twilight. Gryffindor for Galaxy. 

So where would you put each character?

Ooh!  this is so cool!  I'll start with the human/sort-of-human characters since they're first on the list.

Megan, Molly and Danny - I'd say definitely Gryffindor

Moochick - Ravenclaw (he reminds me a lot of Luna Lovegood)

For the unicorns one could easily place them according to their powers. However although Fizzy is water based. I can't imagine her as Slytherin. I'm not sure I can imagine Gusty as a Ravenclaw either. I put Galaxy as Gryffindor because she can radiate or generate heat and light from her horn but also because she's mature, very caring and has leadership qualities. On the hand she's also suited for Ravenclaw. For being smart and having an otherworldly magical intuition. Which is also very Luna Lovegood like. Both Galaxy and Luna share a mysterious-like quality.

Anyone else wanna put their ideas forward? If not, it's just me and daffodil101 having fun!

I looove threads like this!! Definitely agree with the ideas suggested so far :D (Moochick as a Ravenclaw is genius!)

North Star, Firefly = Gryffindor, definitely
Posey, Sundance, Shady, Sweet Stuff = Hufflepuff (not sure about Posey or Sundance.. but Shady and Sweet Stuff would def. be 'puffs, I think)
Paradise = Ravenclaw perhaps? She's kind of Luna-ish too, imo.
Spike = either Hufflepuff or Gryffindor, maybe?
Gusty = Slytherin, perhaps?

What about the Flutter ponies? Morning Glory I think would definitely be Hufflepuff, but I'm not sure about Rosedust..

I'd say Gryffindor for Twilight . . . she faced down Tirek's soldiers right on the edge of a cliff, which was very brave.  Also Gryffindor for Gusty.

Hufflepuff for Shady and Morning Glory.

I'd put Magic Star and Rosedust in Slytherin.  Slytherin is about being ambitious and getting ahead through strategy and social contacts, IIRC.  But if Magic Star weren't in Slytherin, I'd put her in Hufflepuff.

Lickety-Split and Ribbon would also be in Hufflepuff.

I was thinking Slytherin for Rosedust, too!! Just wasn't sure how to articulate my thoughts on why she'd be in there, haha, if that makes sense. She definitely has the "looks out for her own" thing going on.

Yes, that's what I thought too. She has a Slytherin Pureblood in her. Plus she was very reluctant to help, even after Morning Glory begged her to help them.

Totally agree with Gusty being in Slytherin!  (It does seem a bit mean to put ponies in Slytherin, but I guess not all Slytherins are bad!)

I'd put Ribbon in Hufflepuff, she has that patient, motherly & caring quality.

And I'd put Heart Throb in Hufflepuff too.  Always daydreaming and off in her own world, but in a romantic not a sort of intellectual way

Ooh and Paradise?  Totally Ravenclaw.

Can you help me decide which house Galaxy would belong too? Gryffindor or Ravenclaw? I want to narrow it down now. I'm still leaning towards Gryffindor because on missions she uses her intuition but then she takes risks. She's brave.

Masquerade would be Slytherin because she uses strategy and stealth.
Gingerbread, I'd say Gryffindor?
Lofty, Ravenclaw. She's uses her brain when she's out exploring. She keeps away from doors that should not be opened. She's also the highest flier.

Sparkler, Slytherin because she made fun of Sundance.

Lickety Split: Kinda want to put her in Slytherin. She was pretty whiny pain in the TV series
