PC Complete g1 show stable

Hi all!

How much should I pay for a complete show stable with no box? All accessories are there, plastic isn't yellowed hardly at all, all stickers are there and not peeling. No Brandy.

I normally don't do playsets but this one has all the bits and bobs and everything looks to be in pretty nice condition. I know this one is really common, just don't want to overpay.

Update! Finally heard back from the seller and he's asking $65. I would be picking it up, so thankfully no shipping charge

Is this a good price or do you think I should wait to see if I can do better online or at the fair this year? Thanks!!
