How hard to find is this G1 variant?
« on: May 21, 2016, 09:59:45 AM »
I know there are certain G1 Princess Ponies (UK variants) that are very hard to come by. And when I've seen them, they can be pricey!

But specifically, how hard to find is little one? UK Princess Serena/Aquamarine with no tinsel in her tail. I think I've only seen one in my life. Is she extremely difficult to find? Does anyone have her? And if you were to find her for sale, how much are you looking at paying?

Ta!

She looks really pretty :)
Im not familar with Princess variants and prices but I myself wont pay too much for this variant because it can easily be faked by pulling the tinsel out. Then again, im not Princess variant collector so my word I guess does not mean much when it comes to their prices :) I hope someone else has a better estimate for you! <3

I think she's a relatively cheap one around £20?

One on eBay with its hat went for around 20

But another recently with a faded tail went for £40

So tricky lol

She's a pretty sneaky as you have to have you eye in to spot her. The lack of tinsel in her tail often goes unnoticed so she easily slips under the radar

She doesn't go for very much as nappercasper said, perhaps $40 tops, this is because she doesn't look terribly different.

I personally have two in my collection and have found a further three :)

She's an actual variant? For me that would be one to avoid, I'd be really bummed if I found one and she had a tinselless tail.

There are four different version in the gallery ^.^ each is different.

http://mlparena.com/archive/gallery2/main.php?g2_view=core.ShowItem&g2_itemId=351426

Here are my two.

Matt pink mane and bubble gum pink tail (both are non fading pink) and no tinsel in her mane of tail. She has a small tail hole and no forelock.
