Odd Sized Pinkie Pie

I've looked around on a few websites with no luck. Can anyone ID this odd-sized Pinkie? I found her at a goodwill and couldn't pass her up since I've never seen this size class of G4 before. >> If it's a fakie it's a convincing one. She's got the MLP logo stamped on her hoof as well as Hasbro copyright date of 2012.

Well I found her at Goodwill so I don't where she came from or what her story is before that. But I am in Southern Illinois. She's not floating around on the shelves in the area, though.

She hardly turned up anywhere at all. She was an updated version of a toy (released with G3.5 Pinkie). So she only managed to get to shelves if her earlier version sold and if the amount of places still trying to sell the 3.5 version was any indication, it was not too popular.

Wow! Never would have thought that "rare" would ever be a word used to describe a G4 Pinkie Pie toy, that's for sure. I'm a bit shocked, actually. o-o

Knowing what she is now, it's such a shame her hair is an absolute frizzy mess. Not just tangles, either, the strands are all damaged and her tinsel may as well not exist. >: I'll certainly try my best to get her looking nice, though.

I can't recommend the hair brush that came with her, it clearly doesn't do the best job

The pony brush set were available at Ross for a while-  I think the set moved quickly to close out status from any retailer who picked it up (maybe only Target?).

I saw that set at Ross a few months back and regret not getting it! I think they only had one.
