I would buy princess crown clips. I'll never pay full price for those, so I don't mind repros. Otherwise I am a purist: I want the real deal! Though I wouldn't mind a repro pony shell, I'm not shelling out $25 for one. Bleh.

I probably someday buy the big brother hats and wands and clips for all the princesses. Tex's hat is my most wanted.

The $25 price is actually pretty reasonable given how much work goes into making molds and casts. The people making the shells are working by hand in their homes and not having the things made in high volume by machines. You have to charge for your time and materials or you can't keep making the product!

On another point, I'd love to get my hands on some Big Brother hats and make molds. I have the ability but not the hats! Same goes for crown clips and those purple goblets from the Lavender Dream Castle that someone on EBay is trying to charge $400 for one of. I'd make my mold from the easier to find blue ones. I just want people to be able to have pony accessories! A hat for every Big Brother, genuine or not. (And to give people who try to charge $400 for an ounce of plastic some competition. That's messed up.)

Yeah I actually own 2 shells.
And the quality is amazing they are worth the coin consittering that the original shells can go for $600 last I saw one on ebay. So id say reproduction is the way to go so everyone's sea pony has the chance to have a home. I feel bad when I see all the homeless sea ponies. And the brand starlightstudio is stamped on the buttom so you can tell the difference between original and reproduction.

But yeah I give these shells 100% in quality.

If they make them in any other colors I'd buy them all.

I want the real thing, not a repro. The only ones I wouldn't mind are the cutlery from PE. I'm not going to spend those amounts on such a tiny piece of plastic.

The Lavender dream castle stuff is also too expensive, IMHO.  If I'm going to pay that much money for something, I want a pony.

Realistically, I'm going to go for the first year princess hats and wands, once I get a few more of my pony wants.

If I suddenly came into a good amount of money, I would go for the second year princess clips, the first year UK princess dragons, and the UK nurse hats.

i don't mind repros as they are cheaper than the hard to find things ,flutter wings especially as the original ones were so flimsy !! and a lot of people don't have the money to get originals as they can cost so much on ebay and sale sites .

I really want clam shells for UK Sea Ponies. Repro is fine if they make those colours... also G3 ear muffs, ladybug wings and breezie tiaras. I know they are not as HTF but I never have any luck. I have two tiaras and 7 breezies. Poor little guys.  Ribbons, barettes combs and brushes for all my BnG and SHS ponies are also high on my list. 1234 combs for my school babies including Dutch Baby Schoolbag if he even had one. My wish list is in my forum profile if anyone wants a peek...
