G1 found in the Wild :)

I spent more than I wanted to on a pack of three ponies (including one very ugly fakie. Sorry fakie!), but I have never ever seen a g1 actually in a thriftstore. So of course, I had to buy her 

Dazzleglow's hair is pretty frizzy, and she has some rust in her tail, but hopefully she will clean up well! Plus bonus sparkle works  :frolic:

Edit: Update, I still have to pop her head off so I can get to that washer, but I gave both girls a little bath and hair conditioning treatment. It's still a bit frizzy, but think their hair improved quite a bit! :)

That is an odd mix of ponies to find together.  G1, G3 and a fakie!  I'm glad you have rescued them.  Hopefully Dazzle Glow's hair will perk up with a trip to the salon.  Nice finds :frolic:

That is a nice find! Both Sparkleworks and Dazzleglow are such pretty ponies! I am sure Dazzles hair will sort out after some spa and salon time :)

Update: I changed out her rusty washer, and cleaned the rust stains (Thank you toothpaste!) Her hair was still frizzy, so I tried giving her straw curls. I think they turned out really pretty. I have to say, I think she is one of my favorites now; she is just too cute  :lovey:
