I'm so excited!!! Trivia is all done and I have all the prizes!

Yay! I'm gonna start studying now. I'll have to tell my advisor that I'm too busy studying pony facts to work on my thesis. Also, I definitely need to get together the stuff that I'll be bringing along! So excited!

I know! It's so close!

The meet is less than a month away! Where did the time go?! I hope everyone is just as excited as I am this year!

When time gets closer, I will be sending an email out to everyone with final details and to confirm attendance for who has RSVP'd. If it turns out you cannot make it, please let me know as soon as possible Since I will be ordering food beforehand, it is crucial that I have an accurate final headcount. Additionally, I would like to add a reminder that the RSVP cut off is September 17th.

Since the meet is so much larger this year than it ever has been, it is going to be very different. It is normally a much smaller, chill environment where everyone walks around freely and does not have to worry about their things. But I want to suggest that everyone makes sure their tables are watched at all times if possible, whether you ask your neighbor to watch it while you go somewhere or if you bring a helper along. I will also have pamphlets to hand out to everyone upon arrival as well as a sign in sheet where I will also be collecting payment for lunch. Everyone will be escorted to their tables to avoid any confusion.

I still cannot believe how many people are coming this year! It's very exciting. I need to post pictures/teasers of goodies I'm bringing. Not a whole lot of different stuff from last year but most of the ponies I'm bringing are in the $1-2 range just because I need to get rid of them!

I am totally ok with you sharing them with others. I figured out how to cut small slits in them and attach the legit press badge type clips too so everyone will be able to clip them wherever they like. Once I have them all done i'll have to get a final shot of them all!

I got the coloring pages printed out for the mascot contest... I'll pick up some crayons when I'm at the store, but if anyone wants to use different colors than the basic ones found in a regular box you should consider bringing extra crayons/coloring utensils.

Ahhhhhh it's next weekend!!!
Is everyone ready?! I am in stock and I think a bit of denial. lol I will be getting everything together this weekend to set up the show room next Friday. I am so excited!

I wanted to post one last reminder that Sunday is the cut off day for RSVP's and custom badge requests. I don't want Fox getting any super last minute badge requests! In addition to this, if you cannot make it and you have RSVP'd please let me know so I can make sure I have an accurate headcount for dinner. It would be greatly appreciated!

I will be sending out an email with all of the details Sunday night so you guys have something to reference to make your planning easier.
