I keep the OP updated regularly as I receive RSVP's. So that way everyone can see a current headcount as well as how many tables are still available You can also find what raffle prizes will be available and check to see what others might be bringing. As time gets closer if I notice we might be in need of something, I will make an announcement to see if anyone can supply!

I am going to do my very best to make sure everyone that needs table space will have it! This year looks like it is going to be the biggest year we have had which is so exciting! I am thrilled that we will have so many new faces! I do have a couple of back up tables, should we desperately need more if we exceed the 20 that are provided by the clubhouse. Just in case of the event that we max out, please let me know if you might have a table you can bring! I will make all of the tables fit if it kills me. Haha!

Also, when you RSVP, it is SO helpful for me if you email me at [email protected] with the following form. It helps me keep track of everything and gives me something to easily go back and reference if I need to
