Wow...that's amazing, I didn't even know they were toying with that idea! BBE were always some of my favs, even when I started collecting as a kid...very neat. Those Hasbro folks, always full of surprises, congrats on a super awesome pony!

I remember seeing Sunlight at ponycon last year. Very odd. I wonder what Hasbro were thinking...or whether Sunlight was an experiment based on materials they already had. I just wonder whether a BBE Sundance and Baby Sundance was in the pipeline, maybe. Sunlight is such an odd choice, but if they had all the colours and materials around for her, then it makes sense to use her as a test run for something they decided not to run with.

I have to admit she falls in the category of creepy-cute for me xD.

BBE adults would've been cool IMO. I don't have a problem with the BBE babies at all but I think adult BBEs would've looked better.

Oh man hun, all that nice ponies manage it somehow to come into your collection! I remeber bidding on BBE Sunlight when she was sold on Ebay. Her stains were the reason I didn't go higher. If I only did... Anyways huge congratulations!
