PC on Mexican (?) Baby Surprise (Slightly Image Heavy)

I got a Baby Surprise in a surprisingly high-quality bait lot a few months ago. I think she's Mexican -- she has a head like Baby Blossom and there's no writing under her hooves.

She has a faint pink stain on her right side, a slight head-body mismatch, there's a little "wart" on her left hindleg and if she is a Mexican variant, I think her mane was cut as well.

Did I ID her correctly, and much would she be worth, given these flaws?

Yep, does look to be Mexian Generally not a particularly expensive pony, but I actually really like her. I would expect around $20-30, but if you were selling, it might be a little different as shipping wouldn't be from Mexico.
