Each of these comics came with a lickable page with different psychadelic drugs, right? Otherwise this story wouldn't make a "lick" of sense!

Pretty much. Sometimes it got kind of dark.

This one didn't even have Shady's glasses in. Now they really were trippy.

I feel the same, I thought that some scenes were missed, it ends so fast, but I enjoyied it anyway

"Baby Glory was safe. Masquerade had helped her escape the Mad Magician. This wasn't important to the story at all, so we didn't bother to illustrate it, but clearly you can just infer what happened."

I guess you're supposed to figure out how Masquerade helped Baby Glory out of the boat? And the Mad Magician really eats baby ponies? I remember hearing about the story featuring the jewel wizard and what he did to the Twinkle Eye ponies.

Why did he begin laughing?
Where did the boat come from and how did Baby Glory escape?

These and other questions will not be answered in next week's edition of trippy MLP comics. 

The art is adorable though; I loved the pic of baby AJ snagging the sweet in the second panel.  Thanks for sharing. 

Meanwhile, I'm off to find some sweets.
