Help Me ID This Rarity?

I cannot identify my Rarity. I've checked the G4 databases on MLPMerch and Strawberry Reef, and now I'm not sure where to look. She's got the mane of Rainbow Power Neon Rarity, but her body markings are different. Perhaps I missed something on the databases... any ideas? She doesn't strike me as a fakie...

This sounds familiar, but I'm not sure what search terms I'd use... hmmm. How do you acquire ponies? Do you get them through stores only, or could she be directly from China, or even from another collector (and thus possibly modified)?

Where did you get her from? Someone could've easily removed the symbols if she was secondhand

I'm pretty sure that is the Rarity from the rainbow power...spa set (I think that's what it was called). It was exclusive to Superstore's here in Canada, and I think available at Kohl's south of the border.

Edit: I just checked pictures online and the Rarity from that set doesn't have the pink streak at the front. So I'm wrong. Now I'm curious. She does look cute like that though.

She came directly from a wholesaler in China. I don't think she's a Neon Rarity with symbols removed, as the cutie mark is on the wrong side. Sounds like she's a frankenpony... body of one Rarity, and the head of Neon Rarity with symbols removed, or something

I can only assume she's some kind of prototype? She doesn't seem like a fakie to me either but if there's no marketed rarity that looks exactly like her then prototype is the only other thing I can think of.

Factory error most likely When you purchase any of these ponies from third party sellers in HK and China you are essentially purchasing products that have been rejected for some reason or another. So you get these random creations. She is super cute!

Cool! Mine came in a bag with 20 other ponies, and I never noticed until now that Rarity was a little different. Thanks for the info
