My Persian Cat has decided he's King of the Ponies

Bruno the Persian cat has suddenly decided he's King of the Ponies. He never paid them any attention until today, and now doesn't want to leave them! He just stands among them posing, and keeps trying to find a place to sit down. He must think they are the cool kids and wants to join their clique.

What is it with cats and ponies? My kid had taken her ponies out to play and the neighbors cat popped up and tried to drag one off by her hair like a cave man...err cat.

Mine loves ponies, too. I even let her play with a few baits or fakies and she will hold them between her paws and hug it lol I don't know why cats are so fascinated with ponies. LOL @ cool kids clique!

Cute. I love how cats can ignore something for years, then suddenly they're obsessed with it. And if they're anything like mine, in a few weeks or months they've moved on to something else and they're completely over it. Little weirdos.

My cats aren't allowed in the pony room anymore, because Slick Dwayne decided to play Godzilla with the Paradise Estate and broke the pool canopy.  He isn't sorry.

My 4 cats go back and forth on pony love or ignoring.  If I have several out then will sit on or around them.  However, if there is a pony on the sink drying after her spa visit, Boco will inevitably pull the pony off the sink by her hair to play with her on the floor.  But only when the pony is on the bathroom sink.  It's sort of funny.  And we KNOW it's her because we have caught her in the act!
