Seller Beware of buyer: QUEENOFSPRINKLES on e-Bay

Buyer purchased Peeks from me.
She asked if I I had Puddles, so I sent BOTH and only charged her for the one.

Then requested an off ebay sale. I tried to direct her to signup on the arena or through facebook, she refused, so I agreed to allow her to pay with a USPS Money order via mail. She sent me a Money Gram.

Anyway I lost the item I was going to sell her.

I refunded her the 25 through paypal and then received negative feedback on e-bay.

This all took place over a 3 week period (during the holiday), so yes my typical slowness was a factor...

1) we were both in the wrong- it is against e-bay policy to sell something outside of e-bay (but my understanding is that the rules is ONLY referring to an item listed on e-bay, for which this item NEVER was listed).

2) she got her item, a full refund of the additional money we had agreed on for the off ebay purchase AND a 100% FREE pony and now I suffer negative feedback for the whole thing.

3) I await e-bay's review of my request to remove the malicious feedback... probably won't do me any good.

4) Possibly because the buyer has a private feedback setting I can't even respond to the negative feedback I received???? Maybe it is because I still have an open "report this buyer".

So you were nice enough to work with her and accept a payment form you don't normally accept, gave her a pony for free and arrange an off eBay sale and she still left you negative feedback, even though you refunded her for the list item???  What a crazy person!  Blocked!

I still have not blocked her, but I'm certainly considering it, however since I'm so terrible to deal with I don't think I'll have to concern myself with her.

If it helps any to know, I enjoy dealing with you and you'll get positive feedback from me. Sorry there are so many people out there who just act entitled. Grr...  sore point. I hope you don't have to deal with any more crazies.

I'm confused...the buyer left negative feedback for the off-site sale ON ebay for the pony(plus freebie) they DID receive? What a headache, Chipsterj! You would think ebay would side with you since...nevermind, ebay never sides with the seller

Have you tried replying to her feedback and got an error? Because I tried replying to a couple feedbacks lately and got errors saying those feedbacks didn't exist so I can't reply to them.

I wonder why the error? I've been getting that error since I tried replying in November? Does eBay not let us reply to feedback anymore?

If you call eBay to get the neg removed, I would point this error out and let them know you're not the only one getting it! Because if they won't remove the feedback, the least you should be able to do is reply to it!

Regardless  of what happened with the off site sale, that buyer should not be leaving bad feedback for the on site sale which went fine - and she got a free pony too. Plus why give bad feedback when you refunded her , and she got the extra pony??!!   Not someone I want to deal with myself.   I'm sorry that things turned out so bad. In theory the neg should be removed since it was not for that transaction... however, you may get in trouble with ebay for doing an off site sale with another ebay member  even though the item was never listed

Try blocking her by using all lowercase letters. It worked for me.

She's still registered. Her username is just in lowercase letters.

I was able to leave a response regarding the negative feedback I received! Still not happy it ruined my feedback score though. I'm seeing on different areas of the site that it says she is no longer a registered user, but my feedback still shows as though she is active. Her Feedback is marked as private and she has only been on ebay for 2 months...
