I didn't have to change the time on my game.  I just thought that maybe since it was nearly midnight on the east coast that they might have opened it up for everyone on this continent and there it was!  Plus Celebi got distributed a little earlier in the evening as well so I thought I'd take a chance.  I still haven't gotten far enough in the game to use them (I only have one badge so far-I need to make time to play more I guess) but they're waiting patiently for me to get the right badges.

There is a Pokemon-related TRU event tomorrow, where they'll be giving out a Meowth and Clefairy card.  It' seems to be a "trade and collect with other Pokemon fans" kind of thing.

Part of me wants to bring some of my extra Pokemon cards to trade, but I am not sure if that would be a good idea, since I know some other adults worry about older collectors trying to rip-off young/kid collectors when it comes to rare cards.

I can't wait for next month..... then I can finally participate in the event! I haven't needed any of these pokemon, but I NEED Darkrai!!

If you can, keep an eye out because there is a possibility Darkrai may show up early (He's GameStop exclusive, right?). Can't believe Jirachi was spotted early last month! xD

Oh, thanks for the heads up! I missed the target magikarp card by two days, but I'm in the States for this one! It will be a bit of a trek to get to TRU but my little cousin is obsessed with the cards right now.

I'm hoping that I don't miss out on the TRU event tomorow. We are going to be on the road and I'm not sure there are any TRU stores anywhere near the route we take. Gonna try to find one though! lol

Is it April 2nd already!?  I totally forgot, not sure if I want to pick up the promo cards or not since I have the Korean versions. I need jirachi mercy but there's no way they will have enough of them tomorrow by the time the boys come home!

So, we found a TRU on the way home and they didn't have the promo cards. They had the cards from last month. And I was super angry!! We were looking at the pokemon figures since we were there and they had three celebi and three jirachi plush. And a guy came back, told his son to grab them all, and then picked up some of the figures and like 30 seconds later a younger kid came by looking for celebi and was so diasapointed :/ I hate scalpers.

I dont think mine has the Jirachi plush quite yet, I am about to call them when my hubby comes home! I hate being a sitting duck stuck at home so Im printing off 72 pages of this teacher japanese workbook I scanned....I hope that is legal, I dint see anything against he rules and its for personal use anyways!

I actually hope mine didnt get any Jirachi in! Because then they would be gone for good until restock! O....O I REALLY want Jiachi. I have been DREADING this month! Jirachi is so popular....

So I'm getting Omega Ruby today and my brother is joking with me about the fact that I've bought four or five pokemon games now, but I've never beaten the Elite Four. He has bet me $5 that I won't do that before my box for Pokemon Swap gets here. I'm curious to find out which of us will end up being right.

I GOT THER LAAAAAST JIRACHI PLUSH OMG! MIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNEEEEEE!  We called and there was FIVE left that the gy on the phone told us, we got up there not even 10 minutes later and I was literally the one to grab the LAST one! No figures...BUT I GOT JIRACHAHHH! (●o≧д≦)o
