Green Hair Muffin Pony Get???

I bought a loose SDCC Muffin pony from ebay and she arrived with green tinged hair lol

I thought so when I saw the pictures on the my phone but I wasn't to sure. The price I thought was to good to pass up so I bought her. Knowing I can fix her.
Well find out I right lol. You cant tell here really but its green lol. Plus you can tell this pony had some epic play time with a child.

So, later she is going to get a spa treatment and see if I can get that green out. Will post pictures later on her spa treatment

Though what I didn't notice was she, I think, has tail rust?

lol! Maybe she played in a pool? I'm not sure, but I know chlorine can sometimes do strange color things to certain kinds of blonde hair, maybe there's a chemical reaction to whatever was used to color the fabric of her hair as well?

I'm surprised that it would have been played with like that.  As an SDCC exclusive, most of those would have been bought by adults for themselves. Especially since they would have been $50 new.

Still, hope you can get her fixed up, because that's a great find. Poor girl looks like she's had a rough life.

I honestly think she was lol. Never thought it would do that to nylon hair. When I touch it, it has the same feeling I do when my hair dries from the pool.

I honestly think a parent bought it for their child, because it is a toy lol. But I have to humbly agree with you, she has had it rough. I'm working on her hair right now to see if I can restore it. :3

The green came out of her hair, which I am super happy about! Yay! Got all the yucky tangles out and she looks lovely!

Yes, I completely agree! I contacted the seller to show them the transition. They said that their daughter was happy to see her almost good as new 
So Muffin's did have a lot of play, but kinda happy that did. There are memories attached to her.

When I bought my original Pony she was $20. But I got her at the MLP Fair Convention. She was released there first before ComicCon. So maybe they charge more at ComicCon?

If I remember correctly, Muffin Pony was the last exclusive that was $20, and every exclusive since (DJ, Mane-iac, Chicken Pie) has been $50. Correct me if I'm wrong though, haha.

Anyways, stunning restoration!! I'm still wondering how on earth poor Muffins' hair turned green, but she looks like she's feeling much better now.
