Are you asking who her character is?  She's from the newest season, an old friend of Applejack who became a music superstar (a la Lady Gaga). Her name is actually a musical term.

64$ for 12? How much are individual ponies in the us usually? Here they can be close to 7-8$ depends on the store... I love these

Ponies are usually $5 here, so it's not that far off the mark.  I think the deal breaker is that most people don't want to buy all those extra ponies if all you really want is one of each new character.
