AG: Josefina's Sky-Blue Outfit

I don't have a better name for this project.  Again, all upcycled fabric - a bedsheet and a Canadian Military Forces uniform shirt made up this ensemble, except for the ribbon and the shrug from Grace's Sight-seeing Accessories.    All hand-sewn... and the pattern is so perfectly fit to Josefina that the skirt wiggles up her body and holds everything else in place!  No closures...
