What pony flaw do you dislike the most? Vote and discuss!

Hello! I'm cleaning a lot of Craigslist ponies (after going through a pretty yucky lot of eBay ponies), which of course makes me think of which flaws I LEAST like to find in a lot I'm getting.

I guess nothing is worse than brown spots (cancer) for me, but I really really hate haircuts and head/body color mismatch. I'm not a rehairer so if the hair is cut, all is lost for me and it's on to the sale pile.

Any flaws you actually like or at least find charming?

I picked chew marks and haircuts. I was of an age to play with the first years of MLP, and I never abused my ponies like this. Also, even though I know it's probably been years and years since the damage was done, chew marks just kind of gross me out, because slobbery little mouths.

For the third one I picked cancer spots. I know that there is really nothing that can be done to prevent them as these ponies turn 30+ years old (I have quite some wear and tear on me at this age, as well!) but they are just so unsightly and hard to cover up. It made me especially sad to find them on several of my childhood ponies after they had been stored in an attic for years.

I picked cancer spots, chew marks and Majesty Brown head. Honestly, all three of these things secretly disturb me.

I don't mind dirt, rust, or hair cuts because they can easily be fixed. Anything like pony cancer or regrind I don't like.

I picked mold (because I'm allergic) chew marks and haircuts.. I personally am rather selective when it comes to my ponies, but I understand some of these issues are fixable and they are vintage toys! I'm not a restorer and I choose not to get into the business (heh), so I would like to do as little work as possible.. but it's good to have pony friends who can help you out and give you tips!  and Mr. Clean ME and I have become good friends, too!

PVC Breakdown ruins beautiful ponies

Missing/chewed body parts, whether they were chewed/cut off or broken fortunately people make repro wings

Mane cuts I'm okay with cut or missing tails but manes? Im too nervous to try that.

I chose Plastic breakdown brown spots (cancer), ink marks, and symbol rub because I can't fix those.  Those ink stains when it's deep down in the plastic bother me so much and I get annoyed at whoever drew on the pony.  The symbol rubs can be fixed, but I don't have the skills to do it.

It's not so much what flaws as how noticeable/visable it is since I like my personal ponies nearly perfect looking. Anything else means custom/semi custom (if I need to replace a symbol or hair why not do something creative with it imho) since I won't display it in a visably flawed state.

Pony cancer, plasticize leakage, and head/body mismatch.  All flaws that are annoying/gross and can't be fixed or prevented.  If a pony has been drawn on or had a haircut at least you can think "Aw, some child had fun with this toy."  But if a pony has age spots, it's just a depressing flaw.

I chose sticky plastic, haircut and mould. I had a baby sea pony as a kid that had mould. She had to go into a solution to get rid of it, and though she's cured, she's never been quite as pearly since. It left an impression on me. It's gross, and, since I do not break seals on necks, something I cannot and do not tackle.

Haircuts...really, I don't understand why kids cut pony hair. I have no logic for it. The only time any of my ponies had hair cut was when Princess Star Gleamer's tail had an irreversable difference of opinion with Songster's, and there was nothing to do to separate them and fix Star Gleamer but cut. Fortunately it was a tiny bit of hair that doesn't show now. I can reroot, but I don't, because, as with the head removal, I don't tamper with or otherwise restore ponies beyond cleaning them. Basically, I do nothing that requires me to do further damage first, and I don't keep rehaired ponies in my collection unless they are customs. So the haircut really annoys me. I can't imagine why a kid would do it, nor why a parent would be okay with a kid doing it :-/. Money was tight in our house when I was a kid, so I can just imagine what would have happened if sister or I had vandalised the toys we had been bought! It seems a pretty common issue, though...

The other thing I really hate is faded hair. Was that on the poll? I didn't see it.

I had so much trouble only choosing 3...

I loathe it when ponies brown over time, especially it sunfading or similar tactics won't work.  It's not even a nice brown, it just looks like the toy is old and deteriorating.
Chew marks drive me crazy because it is a difficult fix and just looks awful.  It drives me crazy when children chew on toys and things...
Glitter loss and symbol rubs are also a major irritation for me but I can tolerate it as long as the symbol or eye of whatever is still pretty much intact.

Sometimes I like slight haircuts on my ponies actually.  I received a Rainbow Swirl from a friend of mine with a slight trim to her tail.  It looks really cute!

Age spots - you can dress up those ponies in fashions, but then there's dye transfer... and exposure to UV light makes it all worse...  *dreary Goth sigh*
