Collections Goals for 2016?

Hi everyone! it's almost the end of 2015 and I'm wondering how everyone did with the collection goals they may have set for last year... And if you've come up with any collection goals for 2016? if so, feel free to discuss and inspire!

For me, my collection goals for 2015 were to get one of every G4 filly brushable character released (8 charaters in total so far), get the 20" Fluttershy Plush from Funrise, Get the Glitter Fluttershy vinyl from Funko, Get the Rainbow Kingdom Playset, Expand my Fluttershy Army, Have 20 different Equestria Girl dolls in collection (not counting multiple releases of characters) and to re-organize my collection/get more shelves. In total I had 7 goals to complete (quite a laundry list!)

Here's how I did this year:
1. Complete G4 baby collection (5/8 collected) I have Applebloom, Sweetie Belle, Scootaloo, Diamond Tiara and Twirly Treats. With Twist-a-loo and Silver Spoon hopefully arriving before the year is over. Star Dreams will be coming soon, most likely in January.
2. Get a 20" Funrise Fluttershy plush
3. Get Funko Glitter Fluttershy
4. Get the Rainbow Kingdom Playset DONE!
5. Expand Fluttershy army DONE!
6. Have 20 different Equestria Girls dolls in collection DONE!
7. Re-organize collection and get more shelves. DONE!

My collection goals for 2016 are going to contain the goals I didn't finish over 2015 and some new ones as well:
1. Complete G4 baby collection (need Star Dreams)
2. Get Funrise 20" Fluttershy Plush
3. Get Funko Glitter Fluttershy Vinyl

4. Get Pony Mania brushable pack from Toys-r-Us (Princess Cadance, Helia, Roseluck, Lotus Blossom, Sunshine Petals, Lily Valley)
5. Get Octavia Melody EqG Doll & Pony Pack
6. Get SDCC 2014 Maneiac Mayhem Equestria Girls Doll
7. Get Princess Celestia's Canterlot Castle Playset

I think my goal is to really work on selling the stuff i'm not that attached to anymore. I'm getting to the point where I may sell some other items too.

Think I just want to collect blind bags,funko and squishy pops from now on. I'll still make some exceptions but yeah.

For 2015 I had 4 goals and met them all!

Collect all of the earlier non-mane 6 brushable singles.

Be caught up with the glitter Funko vinyl variants. Technically I'm not caught up currently since I'm missing 1, but before Cheese Sandwich and Maud were released, I had every single glitter variant.

Buy at least one of my G1 grails. I had 3...just paid for the 3rd one yesterday, so I went above and beyond that goal!

Have a pony room. This fell under the bigger goal of "buy a house", which happened.

For 2016 I'd like to:

Get more shelves in the pony room.

Take inventory of all of my ponies and merchandise. That may take a while, haha.

So next year will be all about organizing!

2016 goal?  Not to spend so much, which was my 2015 goal, and I didn't stick to it! 

Realistically I would like to finish off the first set of Big Brothers, and maybe work on acquiring their accessories...

I don't really have any collection goals, depends on what is released. But the pony room itself needs work.

I don't really collect much anymore, I just keep my herd as-is. But, I do want to get Maud's brushable and that little bearded Ponyville pony from the Apple Family set, he is just way too adorable.

Maybe also get caught up on pony news. I've been gone for a while and a ton of new stuff has been released.

2016's goal will be the same at 2015.  Buy Baby Sugar Cake which will complete my US G1 collection!  I've had a few opportunities to buy her but her price is so sky high now I'm holding out hope it'll come down over the next 12 months.

Some other goals:
Completely inventory my collection
Complete my MOC TAF's (Only two more to go!)
Buy MOC Galaxy (which will complete the first set of TE's MOC for me!)
Buy Brazilian Milky Way and Bowtie

I'll be happy if I meet even one of these goals.  They are getting pretty lofty!

I didn't have a 2015 goal, because at the start of 2015 I wasn't actively collecting. That was all Lady G's fault and began around Easter That said, I have completed some long term goals this year.
Those include...

Paradise (Brazilian) from the lovely Bibi. I still adore this pony more than words can describe. A childhood dream come true and a want since 1987 finally fulfilled!

MOC childhood ponies Snowflake and Cherries Jubilee. Also Tropical Breeze and Starflash MIB. Never thought I'd get any of them!

I managed to replace and add a ton of backcards and accessories this year too.

So my goals for 2016, money allowing:
MOC Ripple and Windy (on UK cards). This will complete my early childhood ponies MIP (except the Mountain Boys which I sort of rule out). Also Rainbow Magic MOC on UK card for sentimental reasons.

Accessories that I am missing, the hunt continues

I would also like to add Sugarcake, as she is my last 'mainstream' pony, but she's been that since about 2000, so I guess I am resigned to her not being attainable next year either! (Though Gametime is lonely).

And also, selling the duplicates that are living in my room waiting for new homes and me to have time to sell them!

Last years goals have been met, I set my expectations pretty low.

2016 goals:
1 more MO from the wish list
1 more sea pony from the wish list

To sell off my extra play sets and incomplete outfits...

I'd say my biggest goal next year would be to get more shelves. At this rate, I'll need another bookcase as well as a table or something for playsets. 

I should probably cut down on my spending, too. Even though I only buy things on clearance, I still end up spending more than I should. It doesn't help that this year had a bunch of things I really wanted, and that collecting Equestria Girls can get pricey compared to ponies.

I want to start getting more blind bags, too.  They were kind of my gateway into pony collecting, and I've rarely gotten any in the past two years.  Although part of it has to do with my 'only buy stuff on clearance' mentality.

I'm also wanting to get more early G4s, hopefully they'll start showing up more often in eBay lots since it's been about enough time for kids who had them new to lose interest in toys.

Now, in December I'm making one year of hunts and seaches fom my G1 collection. One year collecting!   
So my 2016 goals are make my herd growing more and more!!

So next years goals remain the same...find those last 3 accessories I am after

My goal for next year is to finish g1 year 2! I'm at 16/24 right now

I still need Bubbles,  3 of the 6 rainbow ponies (windy, moonstone, and skydancer), the pink baby ember, and all 3 of that year's seaponies

Then I'm moving on to the year 1 collector's pose ponies plus lemondrop and peachy

Edit Reason: I keep buying more ponies!  I'm done for this year, I swear!

I didn't meet my 2015 goals (unless I get my last childhood pony from swaps and get two brushes I'm looking to complete a twin set!)

2016 goals:
1) Find a nice table for nursery and pony display
2) Find or receive a nice High Flyer winger - China version (last pony to complete my childhood collection! I bought one but discovered she has a hidden hair cut to her mane )
3) Find brushes / combs I'm needing
4) Find a decent loose Tex and Chief's fire hat
