Probably. 1982 should be quite easy though, with just the collector ponies?
We all know that mylittlewiki.org has some fronts and backs of packaging. This website is a great resource. Who else has back card websites that are still alive on the web?
Resurrecting this thread....Quote from: mlp4me on November 29, 2015, 07:52:30 AMWe all know that mylittlewiki.org has some fronts and backs of packaging. This website is a great resource. Scroll down to "Packaging Items". http://www.greatponies.com/acc-info.html
True UK packages/list is harder. and there seemed to be a basic euro line plus unique things specific to one area that are not quiet special enough to be considered "nirvana".

It implies everything that isn't American is not only all the same but inferior as it is being classed by it's non-Americanness, instead of by its own merits. We're a knowledgeable enough community now not to classify as US and non US any longer. In reality, even "Europe" can't be used as a classifer as different countries are different. Ponies on North American release (generally American rather than Canadian) cards are the most common MIP ponies in general. Even here in the UK, you see North American package style MIP ponies on UK Ebay from UK collectors who have bought them from the US and who are reselling them. There are some particular sets in the UK that are extremely rarely seen MIP, to the point where only one or two examples are known to be in collector hands. There are some UK packaged items which remain unknown/unconfirmed as none have surfaced. There are also some European issues that use the North American card style with a different language text. In some cases, there can be two versions of the same set release in the same country - for example Germany had Watercolor Sea Ponies on North American style card in German and also the same set on European style bordered card, also in German. So in terms of classification, I'll go back to what I said above. Can we please look at this without the blinkers of US/non US and look at each set/release as an entity depending on the style of card?
