Custom plush - G2 Diamond Glow

For AnitasMom, who is freaking amazing.

I had to overhaul my pattern to get the TAF-like design on.  Diamond Glow has a custom flankless body pattern, custom feathers, and custom wings.   The swirls and wing embroidery were also custom made by me, and I had to edit the swirls to get them to fit on the body, which is why they don't 100% match the pony's pattern.  The "tinsel" in her hair is hand embroidery thread, which I shaped to the flow of the hair and tacked down by hand.  She is also stuffed with different polyfil than I usually use, to make her thinner than my usual customs so she better matches a G2.  The eye crystals are acrylic gems. 

I am not making another one of these.  Ever.  ^^;

Her eyes are done in dark purple, just like a real G2!

I bet she took some time to make with all that complicated embroidery :faint:

She took WAY too long to make, yeah.  Aside from fighting my machine to do nice metallic embroidery and having to hand-sew the majority of the body because of the layers for the feathers not lining up for anything, the tinsel hair was a nightmare.

Yes, I thought matching up the patterns is what would be tricky!
