This looks really fun. I want to get more into drawing MLP and I tend to learn best by looking at drawings to do that so I learn proportions. I may need to pick this up.

Why does that timeline have a retro G1-design on it as 1983?  It seems to me that this will be an all G4 book.

I had to go back and check, and wow, you're right! Overall it looks nice, it's just a shame that a retrospective book about the franchise will, once again, leave people ignorant about what G2 is.

On one hand I completely understand that (no matter any attempt) it is G4 creation  because right now G4 is what is going to commercially sell. On the other (less understanding half of me) I get grumpy at poor or no representation of previous gens. I think I am in the world of either do it right or dont do it at all.
