so thinned out a few paints to use with my airbrush,
its a cheapish one from ebay , but still a decent bit of kit.
im woundering if the gold paint i thinned out is going to cause any issues with clogging or what not.
it was thinned the same way i did the other paints , as there were heavy bodied acrylics the thinned out paints are %80 thinner
(water, alcohol flow aid and retardant ) I mixed my own thinner as it was cheaper to make make in bulk than to buy premixed stuff.
the thinned paints were then filtered thru a bit of cotton fabric that was folded over a few times and stuffed in a funnel.
im just a bit concerned as the gold paint , the pigment has mostly settled on the bottom.
and the particles look quite large still.
tho i did spill some on my desk and the dried paint has a very fine and smooth finish.
