Online Database for G4

MLP Merch has released an online database for everything G4; it allows you to check a box for things you have and check a heart to add it to your wishlist. It's a really nice feature to have that some people may find helpful so I thought I would post it. Sadly it's only G4 and I have doubts they plan to add older generations.

It's an exciting idea! I hope there'll be a way to display the intersection of one person's checklist and another person's wishlist.

Allow me to reply to your suggestions:
@Wiseman, as our website started pretty late, we already had a tough job covering all the earlier G4 merch. At the moment it's harder and harder to find stock images of older gens and it would take it a lot of effort and asking around before we could even have a decent database of older gens. I personally think that there are plenty of sites (like Strawberry Reef) who've covered older gens perfectly (but true, they don't have checklists).

@Violet, not a bad idea! At the moment you can see your own checklist/wishlist boxes when you browse someone's wishlist (so you already see what you own of his/her wishlist), but we could make it a bit easier to spot with a gift icon or something

I finished adding my ponies the other day. Here's my checklist http://data.mlpmerch.com/checklist/70/
It's missing a few things I consider part of my pony collection like my Spike figure (I didn't see him in any of the databases. Did I miss him?) and my prototype Minty. Also, a few of my ponies are actually hybrids/head & body swaps but I just chose what one best suited. It's a fun feature though. I'll keep my google doc collection list because I add notes and details to it that aren't on this (like if a pony in my display is wearing an accessory, or has a hair variant, etc.) but I think I'll use this for quick reference and for sharing.
Is there a list of profiles that shows who has public lists?

It looks like Spike is classified as an accessory and therefore not listed. Interesting.

My own list is compiled all but exclusively via memory, so it may have a few inaccuracies here or there... at the very least, almost all my ponies were gotten loose, so in some cases I really don't know which particular release a generic Applejack or Sweetie Belle etc. came from. Looking at my wishlist, meanwhile, makes me pale at the enormity of it. o_O
