Just a (stupid) quick question. Can I use Paypal's Buyer Protection also for Custom Plush I never received? (Never Received as in: I doubt it has been ever made)

Yes you should be able to, as long as you've sent the payment as goods and services

Just a heads up. I opened the case last week. She had to reply before yesterday. She didnt. Because of that the case was automatically closed by Paypal and I got my money back at last. Im glad I did but Im still a bit dissapointed.

This happened to me months ago. I requested a custom plush and she never replied to anything but luckily Paypal was able to refund me as well.
