Its not MLP...but I actually do recognise it but cant place it. I think its Barbie but I am sure someone else can confirm or deny for you.

It looks a lot like the barbie spoons that were in the accessory lot I sold a while back, so I would agree with Hathorcat. It's definitely not MLP; I'd also suspect Barbie (maybe Fashion Avenue but can't be 100% since I no longer have the set to check)

I bet this is it.

I recognised it because I had it as a little girl (although could not pinpoint which toy line it was from) and I was a Sindy girl so this would make sense *drools over that entire webpage*
