Anyone know where to find Equestria Girls Rainbow Dash Boots

I really don't know which forum this should go to so if this is in the wrong one, please mods, move this to the right one..

I'm trying to find shoes that match the ones Rainbow Dash wears in the Equestria Girls cartoon for my friend's daughter who is 8 years old and I believe a child's size 2 (US).  I've seen women's Converse Knee High shoes that are the right color, but nothing in a size she can wear.

If anyone knows of a site/store or is into designing custom clothing for cosplay.. that would be a huge help!

She wants to be Rainbow Dash for Halloween.

Sounds like its something completely bespoke. You may have more luck looking for an artist who can paint or style you something - you could try asking over in the Arts & Crafts forum other wise DA may be a good bet.
