I bought a cool thing on Ebay! An advent calendar from my birth year, 1988, for only $10 shipped!

Does anyone have any others? I collect merchandise and it's the first one I've seen and I'd like to see more if they exist.

I had MLP advent calendars as a kid, but I don't think any of them survived. We have a photo from December 1987 (I think it was) and in the background you can see a big care bear calendar and a smaller MLP one with some of the doors open. I can't identify any of the ponies specifically on it, so I don't know if it was uniquely UK or anything, but the rainbow and such is very clear.

I haven't seen them on ebay though. I have a few Christmas cards from my childhood but I'm sad my calendar(s) didnt survive

I've never seen this one but there were definitely two or three designs sold in the UK.  I have one depicting some of the early ponies in the Show Stable.  Sadly it's in storage at the moment so I can't get a photo for you.

Oh, that's cool! I didn't know they made these, but even cooler to me, I've never seen any merchandise with the Magic Message Ponies before!

I know there were a few with different designs but as others have said they tend to exist in old pictures or memories from other collectors as they really did not survive.

I dont recall ever having seen this one - the design is adorable and very unique! Congrats.
