I would bring it to an antique dealer. I'm not sure if anyone here can identify it.I know its silly but maybe even Antiques Roadshow?
I'm not familiar with the pattern...I do collect vintage tea cups, but it's a relatively new obsession and I haven't really jumped off into it. I am a member of a vintage kitchen Facebook group though, and I asked them if they knew what it was. I'll let you know if anybody recognizes it
Maybe try Replacements.com. They have listings of a huge range of patterns and companies from antique to current. Without markings, it may be difficult, and they can't tell you value if it's not already listed, but I've found them very helpful and bought some things from them before.
No problem ^_^Are there any marks at all on the bottom of the cup or the saucer? I'm sure it's so old that any painted marks are gone, but if you hold it to the light, are their any raised or pressed symbols or letters in the bottom?
No marks on the bottom at all? Not even something tamped into the porcelain?
I have asked my MIL - she has a pretty serious collection of ceramics going on....
