Hi Ponyfriends,

I need your help. I purchased for the first time from Mylittlecustoms.com.

After payment I got an email with confirmation....But there was a wrong shipping adress. The shop owner mixed my different delivery and payment adresses... the result doesn't exist.

I immediately wrote a message, pointed out the error and asked if she has noted this.
I wrote two emails but never got an answer...

What could I do?  Is this service quality normal for Mylittlecustoms.com.??

my little customs is normaly  verry good with her orders and shipping out   quickly etc.
if you sent her a message im sure   you'll be able to have this   mistake corrected before   the order is shipped.

When did you write to her TwinkleEye? I know she has been pretty busy but she is not a problem to deal with in my experience.  Try sending her a message through here as well as to her paypal email address as well and on her site. She is sure to see one of them then and sort things out for you if she hasn't already done so.  Her name here is Lisey_Baby
