Hello, I am new here to this site, greetings.

I am friendly, but also wish to be upfront. I am a (temporary) seller, I have a lot of old G1 ponies which I have fond memories of from my childhood, but I need to find a new home for them, but I also need to raise a bit of money, hence why I came here. After a bit of searching I found that this site has an excellent and fair reputation, and although I am not in the MLP fandom, I do, as mentioned, have fond memories of them from my childhood, and am a (closet) fandom member of multiple other things, so I am respectful of people's passions.

I apologize if any of this comes off as cold or something, I just wanted to be frank about why I was here, and, while I'm not opposed to new friends from all walks of life, I just wanted to be honest about the fact that I probably won't be around for very long, as I am not a collector myself, and therefore accidentally lead anyone on.

Welcome! What a shame you just missed the national fair, at which you could have found collector's for your ponies. Still plenty of members here looking to fill gaps in their herd; good luck to you!

Thank you everyone, and yes, there are one or two which I might hold onto, but there are a lot of them, so most will have to be sold. I'm actually getting ready to do a price check / ID confirmation (since I mostly did my ID-ing via checking an MLP Wiki I stumbled across http://mylittlewiki.org/wiki/G1_Ponies#Collector_Ponies) now.
