The adult MH clothing don't fit. The teenager MH dolls kinda fit although they don't look quite right

Yes lots of people do that. If you search google you can see many examples- I think there is a thread on the MH arena too

Oh yeah the heads come right off!  Very sturdy neck nob, I think kinda like the Novi Stars if that helps.

I've had some luck with brats kidz clothes and Kelly dresses as tops. I might actually see what different doll lines I have that will fit Equestria Girls because i'm really interested now. If I do would anyone be interested in a detailed post?

I made my original peg-leg Fluttershy all the more horrifying with pink hoof boots (leftover from G3 merpony custom).
Her hat is FS Rainbow Power Pinkie Pie's skirt, if anyone's wondering...

I actually like the hoof boots! It would be fun to make a custom EQG doll that is cosplaying as a pony. They already have the ears, a clip on tail and boots would be so cute!

so i recently found out that the eg clothes fit the 11cm obitsu dolls perfectly.
i usually make all my own clothes for them, so i'm not sure how it measure up for the eg dolls, but i'm excited to see.
