PayPal Question

Hi everyone

I just have a general PayPal question. I think I know the answer but I'd like to hear everyone else's opinion.
My friend who boards her horse with me went to send me board through PayPal. She typed in the wrong address and someone else got the payment. She sent it as gift.

Would she be able to go through PayPal and get her money back or is she outta luck since it was sent as gift?

Have her call immediately. I would imagine that they can reverse it.

I've only had the error to sending it to the wrong email (one that didn't exist), so it obviously wasnt claimed and I reversed it myself...

But yeah, she should act quickly.

Yeah I've done that myself and luckily it came up just an error. I told her to call but haven't heard anything yet.

Oh, I meant I made an error typing. It went through like any other paymen, and it showed it wasn't "claimed". But I could reverse it

Well good news. The other person refunded it for her. It's nice to know there are some honest people in the world
