That was a quick week, wasn't it? We had a really good turnout for week one of Draw Together.
The chosen pony for everyone to draw was Twinkle Eyed Bright Eyes.

I'm so happy it had such a good turn out! I hope you all will continue to participate. I had fun!

This week I randomly chose from a whole list of g1 (another thing we need to talk about, what generations you want to cover!), scrolled around with my eyes covered and pointed my finger at the screen and landed right on Heart Throb!

And I'm up for drawing any generation, although I mostly enjoy drawing 1 & 4.

How about a different G every week? We might even do a rotation. G1->G1.5->G2->G3->G3.5->G4

I prefer to paint gen 1, and I have a loooong list of ponies on my "to-paint" list so I'll mostly be participating there. For g4 I've recently painted all the princesses, pinkie pie, and fluttershy, and want to do the other manes plus a couple of my favorite background characters so I might hop into a gen 4 draw together.

Eventually I'd like to do a couple gen 2s (after all my gen 1s are finished). If I got a commission for a gen 2 or 3 I'd tackle it right away, buuuuuut otherwise I'll be over here painting gen 1s.

I prefer almost strictly g1 too ponyqueen. I will post a poll later to see how much interest in other gens and decide how often to do them from that.

Or any other advice?

I like all pony gens g2 is the one I draw the least but I suppose that means it's the one I need the most practice on! g1 will definitely be the most popular but there are especially some very pretty g3s that would be fun to draw too. I hope there will be a mix of gens

woot! Heart Throb! she's listening to music I kinda wanted to draw her along the same line as I've done for my oc pony skypainter~ tried a new shading technique as well.

Excited for a new week of pictures (and you're starting us off strong kestral_kitsune). I have something that has to prioritize my art time at the moment, but I'll still do my best to squeeze in an entry for Heart Throb.

I also vote for equal gen love. Every gen has great ponies that deserve the chance to get some art. 

Still need to formally gush over everyone's art for last week too. Tomorrow hopefully.
