Sorry to hear you didn't get the job, but having more interviews is always great experience to be even better for the next one.  It's not the end of the road!  See it as an opportunity to develop yourself in the areas they felt you were lacking.  Then you'll be an even stronger candidate for the next job you want!

Yep, I agree with this! When I left my first teaching job I called myself a "professional interviewer", and I interviewed for like twenty jobs in a four month span. You might even ask them if they could tell you areas you could improve for the future interview process.

Thanks for the kind words everyone. I'm thinking about looking for employment out of the state. In all 50 states, we are the lowest paid one. And it's getting tiring.

I'm over it now. The bad thing is a coworker got it who screwed me over big time once. And now it's like she did it again, LOL.
