3DS Problems
« on: June 21, 2015, 10:09:54 PM »
Someone I know has been having trouble with his 3DS lately. He can use wireless, but whenever his game connects to the internet, his system freezes up. We have tried removing the SD Card to see if it was the problem, and it still freezes.

Does anyone know how we can fix this?

Im not sure what the issue may be.

Is the chord used to recharge the battery in place?

I second calling Nintendo for help. It sounds like it may need to be repaired.

Actually, the Nintendo website is remarkably useful. I had a problem with mine and it walked me through what the problem was, then determined that I actually needed to send my 3DS to them to have it fixed. They fixed it and sent it back to me with no problems at all!

We will try contacting Nintendo.

In the meantime, does anyone have a more temporary solution? He would like to get on the internet tomorrow to redownload something, and if it does need to be repaired, he can't do that.
