How old was you when you got your first pony?? And who did you get??

I was very young, so young that I can hardly remember. About two or three years old. I got a love letter!  And I think I got my Little Pretty Frosty Fur kitty at the same time!

My first was at Christmas, I was about 5, G1 Cotton Candy (concave foot).... My sister got Blossom, which I fully took over later because she was more into Barbies LOL.  Thirty-two years later, I still have them

I was roughly 5/6 years old when I got my first ponies; they were handed down to me by my aunt (along with some rad She-Ra books and a My Little Angel lamb that I still can't believe my dad got rid of!) and I absolutely loved them. From what I can remember, the herd consisted of... Pink Dreams (sans wings, by which I was completely perplexed at the time), either Peachy or Snuzzle, Cherries Jubilee, Baby Up Up and Away, Baby Sugarberry, Sleepy Head, Windy, Majesty and two Posies! They used to have adventures with my huge hoard of Kitty in my Pocket toys.

I would have been about five years old, and I got Lickety Split.  I got the NSS version of Shady a little bit later, but didn't start collecting in earnest till a couple of years later when I decided I loved everything to do with horses!

I don't want to say how old I was, but I got my first one in 2007, and it was McDonald's Minty from the promotion that year.

There might've been a Pinkie Pie in the house before that....but I'm not sure she was mine.

I love it that so many of us G1 people can still remember our very first pony.

I think I was three when I got my first pony toy, but she was a fakie.  (She didn't have a symbol, so I drew hearts on her when I was about five, to make her look more like a real MLP.)  My first real My Little Pony was Baby Bouncy, in 1986.

I did not get MLP toys when I was young, nor did my sister. 

My first MLP toys would have been the (first?) G4 McDonald's set, which I must have gotten in early 2012... So I was 23. lol

My first brushable from any official MLP line was last year, when I was 25.

I was 2 years old in 1986 for Christmas from my mom. I know its a pink one but forgot her name though.

I was 26 or 27 when I purchased a G4 Applejack. Now here I am at 29 with no shelf space left in my tiny apartment!!

I had a fakie when I was a kid, but that was it.  My first real pony I got a couple years back. (I was an adult by then.)  It was the Target exclusive Luna and Celestia two pack.

Peachy with Pretty Parlor for Christmas when I was 6.  My second was Blossom; my dad brought her back from a business trip (which he didn't normally do).
