Is this regrind, mold or both?

I'm not sure what this is. Is it mold or regrind? It is pink circles with small dot in center. Is this contagious to other ponies? Will this spread on this pony?

ugh that happened to my whizzer and now I am going to the other Whizzer who just has pin dot mold on wings. ><: wish me luck getting rid of it.

Age marks unfortunately Thats a shame - he is very prone to them unfortunately.
