if it looks like ink stain you could try sun fading it, i haven't sunfaded G2's before but they should be ok, try it for a day and see ;)

I second the notion of sunfading, though is the pony plastic?  That might just be regrind as well.

I agree with shabbychicdee - if the keychain has been used I am guessing it is ink transferred from a bag or pocket. The best method is to sunfade.

This page has explanations on regrind (which it is not) and sunfading tutorial http://www.mlppreservationproject.com/body.html

I don't think sunfading is something I can do, because theres record rain and flooding in Texas right now and I dont want her to get wet. Any other ways i can use to remove the ink stain?

You will have to wait for a sunny week and sunfade her, that's the only way to remove those.  A few of my ponies have "purse stains".

You could try a magic eraser perhaps?

As others have mentioned its probably an dye stain from fabric she has been pressed against - a pocket or bag. If no luck with the magic eraser then you should perhaps store her safely away until the sun fading is an option as that should shift it given time (just make sure to cover every part of her that you are not trying to fade! :) )

You should still be able to sunfade through the window during the moments when it's still sunny, or like others suggested, to just wait until storm season is over.
