SDCC 2015 Exclusive - Online 28th July

We can breathe a little easier. One of the listings has this description:

UCC Distributing has teamed up with Hasbro and MLB to bring you the first ever My Little Pony and MLB collaboration.

So this is just licensed merch like the Funko stuff.

Collab exclusive or not, it's not like MLP and MLB have anything in common besides the letter abbreviations.

People always freak out when they see licensed characters being used as exclusives, even when it is VERY CLEAR that while the ponies are using a Hasbro license, that is different than being Hasbro's exclusive.  Personally I've never even heard of UCC Distributing before, and as I am not a fan of either baseball (I know I will be kicked out of the country for saying that) OR Pinkie- I am not particularly keen on these little baseball Pinkies.  But I'm sure some people will like them.  And the more companies (like Funko, etc) that want to purchase rights to use Hasbro's pony license the better- as it makes Hasbro's license more profitable which of course means more ponies.

Same. I think the reasoning behind it is rather adorable.

Granted I don't give a rat's patoot about most sports, but still it's a nice idea. :p

Anyone else see Summer's recent post in the MLP Collectors group on Facebook?  Seriously, the anticipation is killing me... especially because she's "confused" about the exclusive pony.  She said it'll make sense when it's revealed.  That's just making me even more curious!
