Euro Pony Hunting Expedition 2015! The take!

 :good: Hay everypony! First, a HUGE thanks to Moonbreeze for facilitating my international pony hunting expedition- she was simply wonderful! She went above and beyond to welcome me and my husband to the Netherlands, and include us in her local post-King's Day pony meet. She gave us travel advice and tips for our journey through the other countries as well!

And thanks to yum-yum for a great trade! And thanks to everyone who gave advice on where to look for ponies! We looked!  :biggrin:

 :enthralled: Thanks to everyone who gave us advice on things like train travel and must see sites- we listened! (I'll post a separate thread in off-topic with pics on where we went!)

The Italians! I didn't realize how many there were... I thought maybe only getting posey, because, tulips. Italians are pretty similar to US ponies so I wasn't going to go crazy... But then the others wouldn't stop whispering "bring me home too"! I've never seen an italian in person, but they do have a bit of a distinct personality. The plastic is a little harder I think, so they feel different in your hand; they have no forelocks; sparkly symbols are painted. Other subtle things too like pose and eye color are sometimes nonstandard. Oh, the CP bowtie and AJ in the back are like UK or something, not italian.

G4 ponies! From yum-yum and Moonbreeze. The middle one is a blank flank (whom I have named Hyacinth for the colors in her mane! The three colors are the same as this spring bulb which we saw all over Holland in addition to tulips!) And intl exclusive skywishes- which took some hunting! Thanks, Moonbreeze!

Huge congrats on your pony haul! They all look amazing! It's even more special that you could buy them in the countries that they come from. There are each special momentos from your trip.

How lucky you got to go to a King's day pony meet.  Every year I see such awesome brags about the ponies everyone buys - and yours is exactly the same!!  Major congrats on a lovely holiday and a whole lot of new ponies :D
