Is dollyhair.com still a good place to get hair?
« on: May 10, 2015, 09:05:08 PM »
I'm getting in the mood to start customizing again. I have plenty of baits and paint,i just need hair. I want to order from dollyhair because i hear so much great stuff about their products but I've also heard that sometimes orders don't get filled right away if the owner is gone. Has anyone ordered from them lately?

I've made two orders from DH this spring and there was no problems. And I've always been very happy with their services  :)

I ordered hair from dollyhair.com literally too many times to count, and they have always been wonderful, sometimes even throwing in free hair :)

I just read everyone's replies and I want to thank you all and let you know what your comments mean to me. I feel that I have really raised the bar on shipping times and customer service, and I'm so glad that you guys are happy with the positive changes that I've made to Dollyhair :)

I noticed something with dollyhair.  Nothing bad, but I have some hair from many many years ago, and it's thicker than the new stuff.  I did a fairly large order recently and have noticed the hair isn't as thick.  Which for me is a good thing because you can style it easier.  I don't know if anyone else has noticed this.  BTW I think the old order is about 8 or 9 years prior.  Give or take a year.

I've always had great experiences ordering from dollyhair.com. Shipping is fast and I've never noticed any problems with quality/amount of hair.

One thing I have noticed though is that if you need to get into contact with Tina, the best way is to call the number listed on her site. She says you can email her or text the number, but she can be slow to respond. Calling is definitely the easiest and fastest way to get in contact.
