Can't find any info on this, but I'm not very g1-savvy. Found at a flea market. Looks like some kind of charm, and it says Hasbro on it so I don't think it's fake. I'm sure you guys know a lot more about g1 than I do.

Great find!  Yes it is vintage ; they came in little "jewelry" packs with hairties and such, I believe.  The charms had a necklace cord.

Its similar to the petit ponies, and the mommy charms, but doesn't quite exactly seem like either! mystery to me!

We really need to put call outs to Whitney when these guys pop up She has the most amazing collection of them. As others have mentioned they came with various child hair and jewellery accessories. Congrats on a great find.
